Our unique and adventurous couple wanted to showcase their passions through the decor at their celebration. Avid hunters and anglers, Sierra and Mark’s love of nature and the great outdoors was evident throughout our floral selections. The result was a stunning celebration infused with desert charm and woodland elegance.
Creating the Woodland Tablescapes

Sierra and Mark brought their own deer and elk antlers—which they harvested themselves over the years!—to weave through our woodland tablescapes. We used light and airy greenery to tuck between the antlers and added our own sanded juniper branches into the composition, creating a whimsical vibe that was both enchanting and natural. The tables were dotted with amber and clear glass bud vases filled with pops of colorful spring flowers, adding vibrancy and a touch of desert romance to the setup.

To carry the antler and woodland aesthetic throughout the decor, we used spindly stock flowers and spirea in the bouquets, which brought a delicate yet wild feel to the floral arrangements. The ceremony altar scene was a highlight, featuring our signature "juniper tree skeletons" adorned with fresh flowers. This unique floral installation created a gorgeous spring scene, perfectly framing Sierra and Mark as they exchanged their vows.
A Ceremony Filled with Personal Touches
The ceremony was made even more special with Sierra's stylish father serving as the officiant. His presence added a deeply personal touch to the proceedings as he shared vignettes of the couple’s journey from his point of view. The heartfelt moments and sweet gestures throughout the ceremony truly captured the essence of Sierra and Mark's relationship.
The Floral Team in Action
We always offer to stay and help relocate ceremony florals to the reception area in order to help our couples make the most out of their floral decor. Our trees ended up doing triple duty, which we absolutely love.
My team and I stayed through the ceremony to relocate the juniper skeletons for photos and then moved them again to flank the sweetheart table for the reception. This ensured that the beautiful floral elements were showcased in different settings, adding continuity and elegance to the celebration.
