Pricing Guidelines

We’ve found that the best recipe for success in the process of booking florals is to share some pricing basics up-front. Doing this helps you prioritize as we navigate the process together. It’s very often the case that the vision and the budget don’t match up at first, so we’ve put together some helpful guidelines and questions you can review with your partner to help you streamline communication and set goals at the outset of the process.

Signature Floral Collections

When you fill out our Questionnaire, you’ll find a question that asks about budget. We understand it can be a challenge to guestimate budget when you’ve likely never purchased wedding florals before. So to help you out, we’ve created sample orders for you to reference to give you an idea of what each band might accomplish.

These are just examples with no specific floral variety in mind. Premium florals will bring the order quantities down within each band of pricing. If you have a unique combination of items that you’d like to fit into one of these tiers, reach out and we figure it out together.

The purpose of these guidelines is to help you understand what might be possible within each band of pricing. Some combinations will not be possible in the lower price ranges.

All pricing is listed before government-mandated sales tax.

Most Tangled Sage Couples invest between $8000 and $10000

Elopements and Micro-Weddings
$450-3999

This option is for elopements and local pickups only. It never includes ceremony decor that requires onsite installation such as arch/arbor/huppah florals.

For the $450 minimum, you can expect to receive either a single bouquet or a bouquet and one additional small piece such as a boutonniere, pocket garden, or corsage.

The typical micro wedding order within this price range may include portable ceremony pieces (no installation) and/or additional personals.

We do not offer arch decor for orders in this range. We will not hand off arch decor for you to set up yourself. However, if you’d like floor pieces, this is an option.

Essentials
$4000-$6500

Perfect for intimate weddings and couples prioritizing personal flowers and a focal ceremony design.

Typically includes:

  • Personal flowers

  • Ceremony florals

  • Select reception florals

  • Delivery, setup, and strike

This tier includes labor, delivery, and set-up fees as part of the total.

Classic Wedding Collection
$6501-10,000

Our most popular range

Typically includes:

  • Personal flowers

  • Elevated ceremony design

  • Reception florals for guest tables

  • Candles and styling elements

  • Delivery, setup, and strike

Full Wedding Design Experience
$10,000-$15000

For couples who want floral design to be a defining visual element.

Typically includes:

  • Statement ceremony florals

  • Elevated tablescapes

  • Premium blooms

  • Design-focused installations

  • Full-service production

Luxury Design
$15000-25000+

For highly customized celebrations featuring large-scale installations, premium ingredients, and extensive design production.

Why Two Weddings With the Same Budget Can Look Different

The flowers you choose have just as much impact on your floral budget as the number of arrangements.

For example, a design featuring seasonal blooms, locally grown flowers, and thoughtfully selected focal flowers will stretch much farther than a design built around peonies, orchids, and specialty imported blooms.

To help guide the design process, we generally think about floral ingredients in three categories:

Seasonal

Beautiful, garden-inspired florals that prioritize what's naturally abundant and in season.

Examples may include:

  • Snapdragons

  • Stock

  • Delphinium

  • Lisianthus

  • Zinnias

  • Cosmos

  • Locally grown flowers

Seasonal designs often create the greatest visual impact for a given budget.

Curated

A blend of seasonal flowers and premium blooms for couples who want something elevated without focusing exclusively on luxury ingredients.

Examples may include:

  • Garden roses

  • Ranunculus

  • Specialty tulips

  • Butterfly ranunculus

  • Premium seasonal flowers

This is where many Tangled Sage weddings fall.

Collector's

For couples who love rare, highly sought-after, or luxury floral ingredients.

Examples may include:

  • Peonies

  • Orchids

  • Specialty garden roses

  • Imported blooms

  • Limited-availability varieties

These ingredients can create extraordinary designs, but they generally require a higher floral investment.

We don't charge separately for "Seasonal," "Curated," or "Collector's" flowers. Instead, these categories help us understand your priorities and design a floral plan that makes the best use of your investment. We'd rather create abundant designs with beautiful seasonal flowers than sparse designs built around expensive blooms.
